Dr. Alexander Dydyk, D.O., CAQPM, CAQSM is a pain management physician serving patients in our Avondale, Glendale, Gilbert, Surprise, and Phoenix clinics. Dr. Dydyk completed his Bachelor’s in Biology from Arizona State University and both his Master’s in Biomedical Sciences and Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University.
After graduating from medical school, Dr. Dydyk continued his medical training through the Abrazo Family Medicine Residency Program, where he served as chief resident. He then completed two ACGME-accredited fellowships: the Long Beach Memorial Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship Program in Long Beach, California, and the Allegheny Health Network Pain Medicine Fellowship in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Dydyk earned his certification in obesity medicine in 2023 after joining the HealthyU Clinics team in 2022 as our director of pain medicine, weight loss, and wellness.
He spends his free time with his wife, their three children, extended family, and close friends. He enjoys lifting weights at the gym, watching movies, playing basketball, making breakfast with his kids on the weekends, and going on dates with his wife.

Dr Dydyk is the very best doctor I have experienced in all my years. He is the kindest, friendliest , compassionate & understanding Doctor I’ve have ever met. He takes the time to listen to his patients and actually hears you. He doesn’t give up when one or two things don’t work he keeps working on the problem till he gets to the best possible solution. He is truly a God sent.
