Very understanding doctor. He listened to my concerns/anxiety abt upcoming colonoscopy and discussed in detail w me. My husb is also under his care for Barrett’s esophagus syndrome. Nurses are excellent. Top notch team.

Great doctor, great personality, thorough.
The sign in Secretary wasn’t all that friendly. When a patient enters the office it may soothe their anxieties if greeted w a smile & not feeling like it’s a burden just to be signed in. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 but I didn’t make it to the back until almost 10. At 9:45 I went up to the desk for a status and her response was very dry. I would have appreciated a courtesy of someone letting me know that my appt time was delayed so that I could make arrangements for someone to get my son off the bus & it’s very disheartening to see others sign in after you but get called first. While I understand there may be issues with the previous patient(s), keep those waiting updated in case they planned other things around the visit. Once I made it to the back the nurses & Dr. Dao were very professional & made my anxiety go from 10 to 0. Dr. Dao was very thorough & informative. Gave clear instructions for moving forward. I appreciate his assistance with reassuring me that I’m in health.
