The staff and Dr. Dao were top notch. Although I was concerned with the way they rushed the patients throughout the procedures. I was awake for most of the Colonoscopy which was painful and uncomfortable to say the least. The nurse told me that she was unable to administer more medication because it would take longer for me to be able to go home. I had two procedures done, upper GI and lower, and there were six polyps he had to remove and my colon was compromised so it was harder for him to get through. If a patient can watch the doctor remove polyps from their colon on the monitor there’s a problem.

First time meeting Dr. Dao. Professional, kind, thorough. He was excellent. My prep nurse, Kate was also excellent. She took her time explaining things, was also very thorough, inserting the IV was painless, and she is very kind hearted. A big shout out to Shannon in the procedure room is warranted as well. Not as much time together, but she was also outstanding. Thanks to the entire team for turning a generally unpleasant procedure into the best it could possibly be.
