I like his professionalism and his care of people

You shouldn't make an appointment for 2pm and not see the patient until after 3pm. I took time off of work to be there with my mother because she is forgetful. I had to go pick my kids up from school and you were in and out in five minutes and are missing information because my mom forgot to mention she had flat lined at Wellington regional 5 months ago. You said her "heart sounds great"- ordered some tests and sent her in her way. You made us wait an hour- I wish she had the nerve to tell you to wait for her advocate! Totally unprofessional!

Dr Chernobelsky always makes me feel like his most important patient of the day. He listens. He educates. He assures me my questions are worthwhile. To have a medical professional listen to you has become a luxury. I appreciate his time and care so much.
