It was my last day seeing him .his retiring which he deserves I hope him and his family the very best.he will be missed from all his patients

He was great he listened and was very helpful with my problems!

Doctor Chavez is very thorough and considerate when it comes to your health! I have terrible anxiety issues with white coats and authority figures but he makes an effort to get to know his patients!!

The Dr put in some scripts for me yesterday & when I went to pick them up this morning, one wasn’t there, and it was the one for pain that I really needed today, but the pharmacist said the Dr didn’t put the right code in the system so they sent it back & asked him to fix, but as of right now they haven’t heard anything from him & now they’re closed for the weekend. This is the 3, maybe 4th or 5th time this has happened & it takes multiple calls from the pharmacy to get him to fix the prescription, and all I can do is sit & while on him. I’m baffled at how often this happens.

Dr. Chavez will definitely be missed. Happy retirement. Well deserved. You have given great care to this community ❤️

Dr Chavez, Is one of the best! He is professional, thorough, and listens! I have moved from Swansboro, but I still travel six hours to see him. Excellent staff

Dr Chavez is the best doctor. He has been our family doctor for over 20 years and i am truly sad that he is retiring. I hope his replacement is as good as Dr Chavez is. I wish him a very happy retirement!
