Dr. Chavez is an amazing PCM.. always listens to my concerns and go the extra mile to make sure I’m taken care of.

Dr. Chavez is not my primary physician, but when my physician is not available, he is always available. He really takes the time to assess the patient and the problems they may be having he contact the patient immediately with blood results or any other kind of result or any other kind of test that needs to be done I would highly recommend Dr. Chavez to anyone.
