I seen Dr Bollinger for a work comp injury. He actually cares about his patients and takes time to diagnose you and make sure you are taken care of. Not just pushed aside like the other Dr I was sent to for my work related injury. I highly recommend him. And his staff is awesome as well. Wish I could give more stars.

Not really impressed. Felt he didn't spend much time, didn't even check my finger, didn't tell me xray results, & I sat one and half hours in waiting room before i got called to just be rushed out. I waited month to get in & the long time in waiting room for no more information I got. I felt like it was a wasted trip. Chances are I won't see him again. Wish Via Christi Foundet's still had ortho better cade.

The Doctor diagnosed me with carpal tunnel shot me with numbing medication and cortisone released me from my restrictions and said to come back in 6 weeks. I am am sheet metal mechanic I use high impact tools not acceptable I should have remained on restrictions for at least a week to allow the medication to work and was giving no physical therapy

Please trying & be not in a hurry. Patients driving 3 hours it’s hard for you to release we have a bunch of things to ask & talk about. I understand why you do this, working at a clinic, so beside doctors. My husband felt that you were eager to do the surgery but in too big of a hurry following with the follow up appointment at the surgery post care 2 weeks later. I am good, my husband was upset. I am just trying to help you out for future patients.

I wish the resident and dr Bollinger both hadn’t examined and moved my thumbs around because once is bad enough but twice was way too painful. I felt like crying by the time I got home. They still hurt this morning so bad I had to take pain medicine. I usually only take a topical cbd if my hands hurt. They both very nice though.

X-ray staff was great. I asked for a thyroid protector and she gave me one. The medical assistant was so nice too. Dr. Bollinger was very thoughral and specific guiding me after a fracture about working out. They also got me in shortly after I called for a fracture.

We were sent 2 text and 1 email to remind us of our appointment and when we got to the office Lonnie was not even on the schedule and then he sat there for 45 minutes and only when he said he was leaving did they get him in to take out 2 stitches and that only took 2 minutes and he saw the doctor for 2 minutes. Not really happy with the way things went tues.

It was an astonishing bad appt. His conduct was unacceptable & i'll be complaining to the ER that referred him. He practically jerked my stitches out in his rush. Didn't ask me about my job. Didn't tell me what i could do & what i should avoid. He didn't tell me what to watch for & what to do if something happened. No discussion of pain med. No discussion of the fact my skin had split along the stitch line, although I specifically asked him. He wouldn't answer my questions. He didnt tell me when to go back to work. *i* asked him that -only bc I was able to catch him as he paused in the hall to do something else, but when I indicated i wasnt ready he just waved me away! It doesn't matter how smart a doctor is if they dont bother to properly treat their patients! I don't know what kind of "mill" you all running or whether you think you're on the recording set for the House tv program or what, but I was profoundly dissatisfied! And with my health issues I've been to a lot of appts!

Dr Bollinger is a great Doctor. He wants to make his patients are taken well care of. Except the staff around him do not value the clients. I went through so much dealing with the staff after surgery. They dint care how I was feeling after the surgery. I couldn’t get the Doctor himself.was always just dealing with the uncaring staff. I would advise Dr. Bollinger to remind his staff that they are there because of the patients and each patient needs to be treated. I had to report the treatment I got from the Nurse and the PA to the grievance department. That’s when the staff tried changing. Dr Bollinger you are the best. However your staff needs a lot of customer service training. If not for the Kindness of the Dr I would have not done the 2nd surgery there. I would refer anyone to Dr. Bollinger. But please please Dr. talk to your staff. Let them know the importance of connecting with the patient.

I just had hand surgery a couple of weeks ago. Dr.Bollinger and his staff have been great.

Good surgery except (carpal tunnel and needed pain pills only a couple of days and goog flexability of hand a 6 or 7 of 10 within a week to 10 days after surgery).

My mother is a new patient who has epilepsy and a Brian surgery under her belt, so sometimes words come slower to her which requires great patience. Dr Bollinger was amazing with her and let her talk and truly listened. Thank you!
