Dr Brown Understood the situation and listened to everything. He understood that I was educated about the body and how everything need to proceed forward. I was able to get my next appointment very quickly the next day HOWEVER, My follow up appointment was a waste as the surgeon he referred me to would not take me as a patient and then referred me to another Dr Prolonging the situation/ surgery along further and in my opinion wasting a $45 co pay. I wish they had done their due diligence to make sure ai wasn't wasting anyone's time.

Dr Brown seems like a kind man with lots of technical knowlege. I was disappointed with his lack of details for what my son (the patient) was actually experiencing and specifics about how to move forward. I felt I had to keep asking questions to get more detailed instructions and when I brought up a newer technology to pursue for healing he gave a vague answer about it as if he wasn't allowed to talk about it or didn't know about it. We will be seeing a different provider for his followup appointment. I was grateful, though, that he didn't go overboard to schedule labs or tests that we didn't need, and my teenage son seemed to like him just fine.

I made a new patient appointment on Wednesday and was seen on Friday! I never met Dr. Brown before, but he made me feel right at home. Very comfortable appointment.

I thought all the way home about my thoughts and I feel compelled to share and hope you truly take the time to digest the feedback. 1. Girl who took initial information and it was her first time being alone doing it… 5 Stars. She is caring, sweet and professional. 2. X-ray tech, I told her my left wrist was hurting and I expected to have an x-ray. She simply told me that she was instructed to do the left leg, did not go inquire or otherwise attempt to remedy the situation. 3. Dr Brown - very nice person, I can tell he wants to do the right thing but I left feeling completely unheard. As an African American female that’s a hot button for me. My left wrist was hurting and it wasn’t even scanned. He just told me the Advil/Tylenol would help that too and try a brace. 4. Heavyset assistant that came in to chart made a smart comment about him hitting all of the spots when i winced then left. I am a highly paid consultant. I don’t waste my time if there’s nothing going on.

Very upbeat and personable. After my exam, Dr. Brown gave me a few options to solve my problem. I got a cortizone shot and have bern referred to physical therapy and a shoulder surgeon, just in case my shoulder gets worse.

Dr. Brown was very personable and took a lot of time to walk me through my diagnosis. My wife and I were very impressed with him. HOWEVER, he was supposed to call me in two prescriptions and I only received one and we have talked to two different people in the office and nothing has happened.

Dr Brown took time with me and discussed what was going on with my right hip. I have a foll up in five weeks with him. Dr Brown was very easy to talk with, as well as, the gentleman interning with him. The negatives were too long in the waiting room and I was supposed to get pain meds but they weren't sent to my pharmacy!!! This caused me to have a very uncomfortable, to say it mildly, weekend. I will be calling though first thing in the morning to see if someone can send it in for me!!!
