My daughter Jillian who was the patient was very upset leaving the appointment with Dr. Li. She was an add on to his schedule as Dr Ferrone had to leave for an emergency surgery. When Dr. Li was examining Jillian, he pushed on her eyeball (which was uncomfortable for her) and Jillian said “what are you doing?” He then responded to her- I am examining your eye- REMEMBER you’re in the doctors office. She and I were very offended. The fact that he said that was offensive. Of course she REMEMBERED that she’s in the doctors office, what does he think, because she’s visually impaired that she’s cognitively impaired or unaware that she’s in the doctors office. I wanted to say something to him, but frankly, I’m not sure of what I would have said to him in that moment. My daughter is intelligent and certainly. Very aware of someone talking to her like she’s less than or cognitively impaired. We never thought it would be coming from a physician. I’m very upset and offended as she is.

Words cannot describe Dr Li his bedside manners are impeccable, he's kind, he's patient. I'm very tall and I have knee issues so I can't bend my left knee fully when he's doing his exams but he's so patient in letting me get comfortable before any procedure he does. Dr Li lets you know what's wrong and does his absolute best to correct the problem with my vision. Need more doctors like him.

Dr. Li seems to be concerned only with covering his "policies" and himself. He refused to share my medical records with me during my visit and did not define a condition I suffer from when asked to. He left the exam room and did not return. A staff manager came instead to help solve the problem. I may be reporting "Dr." Albert Li to the appropriate medical authorities as messing with someone's eyesight is not to be taken lightly! My brother lost his sight due to medical malpractice (proven by court records) and the same thing is NOT going to happen to me. I am a patient, not your paycheck. SHAME ON "Dr." Albert Li!

Dr. Li, approach was professional and courteous however, I left his practice without a solution to my issue. I was referred back to my previous cataract surgeon or see my optometrist for a resolution. I was surprised to learn each specialty has their own expertise in part of the eye. As I was told by Dr. Li, he specializes in the back of the eye, suggested I see a dry eye specialist or refer me back to my optometrist. Disappointed in his resolution to my issue. He left the office without a good day or good bye. I know I may not have higher expectations from this doctor, but I was surprised his referral to my optometrist was his answer. Not sure I would return to see him again.

Dr Li is a soft spoken but stern doctor with great bedside manners. He's very personable, very patient with me when doing the laser surgeries. I'm tall and my left knee is difficult to bend, but he makes sure I'm comfortable before he begins the procedure. Dr Li is extremely professional and doesn't rush you to get procedures done. I always request Dr Li because he's really a nice guy and and extreme professional. Wherever he goes I will go. The only thing I don't like is the actual laser surgeries 😂😂.

I waited two hours (from the moment I arrived to the office, eye check up & dilation and photos of the retina) to see Dr. Li. Once he came into the office, the consultation lasted 10 minutes. I’m not sure if he checked my eyes thoroughly, because he saw that the photos were similar as last time and said that the condition remained stable.

Dr Li took me as an emergency on the Friday before Labor Day werkend. He was highly knowledgeable and showed compassion ss well as. Are in his treatment. I required emergency laser surgery for a retinal tear and he walked me through the entire process says and was honest, Apologize for the delays even though it was due to meeting an emergency visit, And took time to answer many questions even though it was past 6:00 p.m..

He’s great, I got to the eye doctor with my aunt because she isnt a native english speaker. He speaks some french so he is able to assist her. He very kind and helpful and you can tell he is really paying attention to progress and result.

Dr. Albert S. Li, was thorough, beyond professional and honest and deliberate in his evaluation. I felt Dr. Li was careful and got me the proper marcular degeneration evaluation results. After 2 and a half hours. I had to leave and reschedule. I understand emergencies but I was told one hour when I arrived Someone should have told everyone how severe the backup was. Usually very happy with your practice
