Very courteous and professional. I have gone to Dr. Bengtzen for several years. He really seems to know his craft, and I like how he mentors young people while visiting the patient. When I had my eyes dilated, it seemed as if it took a very long time before anyone came back to my exam room. I told myself half jokingly to be prepared to stay all day. This was at 9:00 a.m.
