I love speaking with patients about concerns they have about their eyes and vision but have never obtained a satisfactory answer. I also love solving patient's vision problems, regardless of how big or small.
"I have always had a fascination with vision and eyes. As a younger person I witnessed first-hand, how much my family optometrist helped members of my home. He played a major role in my family member’s quality of life. That has inspired me to try to make a difference in people's day-to-day life as well."
He reviewed my file before our meeting and was well informed and well versed.
Personable and thorough:)
Very helpful, enjoyed the office visit today.
Thank you Dr. I appreciate it. Jim
Professional, good listener, kind
Answered all my questions
Saw Dr Hein for a follow up laser surgery. He checked my eye to make sure everything was good. He scheduled a test he knew I would need when I see Dr Horkey in October so I wouldn’t be delayed at that visit. He answered all my questions
Very personable and knowledgeable
I saw Dr Hein in place of seeing Dr Quick for a follow up visit after a JAG procedure. He was very impersonal and did not give eye contact. He did not seem interested in my care beyond agreeing that we could wait to do the dilation and refraction for 2 weeks for a different follow up appointment with Dr Krik. He seems to know what he’s doing but he’s a cold fish. :(
He was very thorough but was straight to the point.
