Was so kind and supportive of my concerns over my eye. He even called the specialist to get me set up the next day to see her. Answered all my questions and calmed my fears.

I never choose personal Doctor in my life just because I trust all Doctors. each time when I make appointments I always ask any Dr available on that day, but I experienced with Dr Alan Hein continually two years in my visit he I was always rushed to get it done for me no explanation why and no suggestions and looking for next patient, so make sure my next visit I don’t want see him again I am sorry to said that,

I love speaking with patients about concerns they have about their eyes and vision but have never obtained a satisfactory answer. I also love solving patient's vision problems, regardless of how big or small.
