The reviews listed below were collected independently of University Orthopedics through rater8. Each review represents an authentic and verified patient experience.
I am giving 5 stars to Dr Daniel’s for his professionalism and great bedside manner. However if this review were for his PA Krista, it would be a 1 star. I’ve met with her twice and at my most recent appointment, I received some good news about my condition and Krista must have started her day off on the wrong foot because she was frustrated, I felt like my presence annoyed her. She was snappy and had a bad attitude. I left there feeling anxious and uncertain about my care plan. I understand that people have bad days, we all do but I’m trying to heal and my interaction with her did not help me mentally. I wish I had someone in the room with me, maybe she would’ve treated me more like a patient rather than an inconvenience.
