Throughout her clinical experience, she has served patients of all ages and walks of life, from children’s first eye exams to managing cataracts and low vision in elderly populations. This variety of experiences granted her the opportunity to work with a wide range of optometrists and ophthalmologists, which has led to a dedication to the importance of collaboration between colleagues to create the best possible patient experience.
Following graduation, Dr. Jacobsen pursued a residency specializing in ocular disease at the Mann-Grandstaff Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Spokane, Washington.
