Dr. Gupta was better this time than the last time I visited him. His bedside manner was more welcoming and empathetic, a huge improvement over my last visit. He explained his findings well and was personable in his responses to my questions. I appreciated his candid explanations and friendly eye contact.

I have been looking for years to find a doctor to listen to my concerns about overuse of medication‘s with side effects. I am so grateful that he is such a compassionate doctor

He had not reviewed my chart. Was unaware that I had malt and that I would need my schotzky ring enlarged. He was surprised and seemed bored.

Dr. Gupta was not friendly and did not acknowledge me when I said hello as I was wheeled into the procedure room. I was feeling anxious and some sort of acknowledgment would have helped ease my anxiety. After the procedure, I had lots of questions and he seemed rushed. His bedside manner could be a result of his cultural experiences, but he did not make me feel comfortable and welcome as the other staff did. I will likely be looking for another physician to establish with.
