He was very rude to the girl who was taking blood from people...opening the door without knocking and telling her that he needed something asap! He wasn't very personable to me about anything that I needed! I need to be cleared for surgery and I've never met him before..so he didn't know me and kept saying as such! I was there 2 hours and didn't get cleared for surgery yet! My surgery is on June 20th 2024! But I need to be cleared by June 17th 2024! I have a televisit scheduled for May 17th 2024 with this same Dr to clear me for my surgery because I guess my blood test came back high for something and I needed to get my blood taken again for it! But again he was very rude to the girl who was trying to do her job...along with other things! Please let this be known to Dr Youseff...that he needs to be more aware of what he's doing! Thank you!

Sadly I had a video appt. I got on 15 min before as instructed. my appt was at 11:15 I was in a virtual waiting room until 12:30. I called 3 times to let them know with no response the first 2 times. The 3rd time I was told they had taken lunch. I then instructed the person to tell him to call me back at his convenience. I finally received a call back at 1:45. I got no apology from the Dr. however I did from the front desk. During the review of my blood work , he told me results and wanted to prescribe meds without any more detailed info on what was going on with me. Rather than caring about my health and explaining he was kind of a jerk. I had other results that he was suppose to give me a call back within an hour and failed to do so. I have yet to get that call. He really acted as if I was an inconvenience to him.

Some times he is running behind so it takes awhile for him to get to you.

Dr.Youssef was and excellent and Very thorough Dr., he did not rush us out the room he answered all the questions we had for him .. we enjoyed our visit with him we are looking forward to seeing him in a couple of months😊
