Practicing at Ellis & Badenhausen since 2003, he is a pioneer in knee implant innovation, consulting with companies across the U.S. and Europe to improve patient outcomes through less invasive procedures with faster recovery times. Actively engaged in multicenter research, Dr. Nawab frequently lectures nationally and internationally on advanced knee surgery techniques, including ACL reconstruction, cartilage replacement, and outpatient knee replacement. He serves as a clinical instructor at the University of Louisville Department of Orthopaedics and is often invited to train surgeons on partial knee replacement techniques. Additionally, Dr. Nawab has provided medical expertise as a team physician for the Louisville Bats, the University of Louisville, Bellarmine University, and Jefferson County High School. 
His professional memberships include the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the International Society of Arthroscopic Knee Surgery and Orthopedic Sports Medicine.
