The PA I saw at Dr. Farha’s office was amazing! He answer all my questions and was very detailed answering all my questions. Was very easy to talk with and patient with me!!!!! Also, the ladies at the check in desks were were friendly and efficient. The lady in the pharmacy answered all my questions with a smile. One of the overall best experiences I’ve had in a medical facility in a long time!!!!!

Can’t get them to communicate and schedule a follow up appointment after we had to go to er because they removed a catheter a day earlier because the holiday. 3 day and all the front desk say it’s wait till the nurse calls back. Will be looking for another urologist after this experience
