I get pretty nervous when I get my toenails clipped but, Dr. Heller has a way of making me relax.

Spent less than 5 mins with me. Recommended a boot. His assistant came in and handed me a bag. I asked her to show me how to wear it. Didn’t help me test it beforehand so I left without it and did not make a follow up appt.

As always, my time with Dr Heller is unrushed, and he explains clearly everything I need and want to know.

He is very patient and explains things in simple terms. What I do not like about Advanced Orthopedic is that my son is my Caretaker and is responsible for all of my health issues. He has my GD POA and Health Directive. I do not remember everything I am told. You need to figure out how to allow Caretakers be present.
