Aiping is super. She took the time to throughly explain the procedure and exactly what the problem was. No one has ever explained exactly what my problem was until Doctor Smith took the time to explain. Vert,very profound.

When giving out epidural injections please make patient aware of what is normal side effects and what is something to worry about and not accuse patient of not knowing the difference when never informed

Very good bed side manner.

This is the second injection on my left hip by Dr Smith. I don't think there is anybody else that is better at pain management than her. My last injection I was pain free for over a year. I hope I can get close to that this time. All I can say is thank you Dr Smith it feels great not to be in pain.

I will be meeting with her tomorrow but I understand that she is a 5 star. Looking forward to our meeting.

Did not introduce herself to me nor was anything said to me by during the procedure. When it was over, she said “all done”.

Not very compassionate with my anxiety

Always pleasant and professional. Quick to deal with clients, listens well and understands pain management. Never judgmental or condescending.

I jerked when the needle was first placed for the injection. It was very painful and caught me off guard. She continued to scold me for moving, even though I was still for the rest of the procedure. It was an uncontrollable response. She even came by when I was in recovery to tell me that “saying sorry doesn’t do anything if you move.” I had a lot of pain after this procedure and it did not help the pain I received the injection for. All around a negative experience.

She realized the shot was prescribed in the wrong spot. She got me into the ortho Dr. that day. I appreciate her wanting the best for her patients

Dr. Smith was great for my SI joint injection. Dr. Smith responded very rapidly in recognizing the severity of my pain level. I really appreciate what she did for me. Thank you to all the staff who helped me during the visit.

Friendly and professional and so is her staff. My only complain is in getting appointments scheduled. Told I’d be called back and they don’t.

Lack of explanation regarding procedures.

Does not listen to her patients, doesn’t answer your questions , I had an MRI and she didn’t even discuss the results with you. Ignores your pain (not everyone gets hooked on meds). I hate going to her.

So impressed and thankful that someone of this caliber is in Mt Vernon.

EVERYONE IS AWESOME.

She is a very thorough doctor. I had to wait a little bit on her but when she came into my room I realized why. She spends a lot of time with her patients and listens to their concerns. I didn't feel like she was rushing to get to the next patient. She is worth the wait.

When Dr. Smith performs a procedure, she informs you what is about to take place as it progresses to alleviate your fear.She also listens if you feel discomfort and makes adjustments accordingly. I won't go anywhere else.
