She had a lot going on that was obvious. I waited an hour and 15 minutes to be seen over an hour in the room after being checked back..
She was very rushed. She was trying not to be, but she was. She was definitely amped up on trying to self regulate to be calmer, but unfortunately was coming up a bit short.
Awesome knowledge, and I really loved her approach to solve some issues, minimally surgically rather than jumping straight to a major surgery
Maybe it was just an extra bad day or maybe they always overbooked hard to tell but the lobby had a lot of frustrated people in there seeing different doctors and many people were complaining about the wait times.

Dr. Riley is awesome!! She is friendly, caring and knows exactly where to aim the steroid for my shoulder. It’s been almost one year since my last one with no pain until it started gradually six weeks ago, and recently was a “9” on the pain score. I saw her today, and she repeated the injection. And, getting an appointment on the Emerge website was amazingly quick and easy!
