Dr. Riley is a wonderful doctor and did an excellent job with my surgery. I have no complaints at all. She is a positive credit to the medical world.

Dr Riley was patient in answering all of my questions and she demonstrated genuine empathy. She was very informative and made it easy to decide my care plan.

She is always about an hour late to see patients while I wait in a room with no staff available. When I spoke to her about it she 'replied 'I can cancel your appt and schedule you with another doctor. After waiting about 40 min. I walked out twice to speak to someone. The second time I found someone who was unable to speak for Dr. Riley. I was told 'she worked in a different clinic. I suggested it would be helpful if staff informed the patient doctor was running late and ask if the appointment needed to be rescheduled. Patients time in valuable also. I respect Dr. Riley's expertise, I think it is unreasonable to expect a patient to wait 1 hours in a room down a hall with no access to staff and unaware I would have to wait a again the second visit for an hour.

I arrived early as requested for a 10AM appointment. I was taken back to an examining room within minutes, evaluated briefly and then taken for an x-ray. After approximately 40 minutes waiting I opened the door for more air but was told I needed to keep the door closed. After 50 minutes Dr. Riley came in, examined me for approx. 4 minutes. She is a friendly person but speaks quickly and seems like she's in a big hurry. I had difficulty understanding her assessment, which included the suggestion of surgery which she said would incapacitate my hand for 2-3 months. Then she asked me to wait again for my paperwork. I waited another 10 minutes (total wait time in stuffy room now totaling 1 hour). I left and will be seeking a new provider.
