He understands my conditions and is ready to address them.

The only reason I didn't give one star was because he wasn't rude, but I felt like I was more of a bother and he just wanted to hurry answer my questions and get on with his day. He told me the three choices I had and I felt like he just wanted me to pick one and we would go with it. I went to him because he had high ratings I thought he would be more concerned and at least "ACTED" as if he cared. He also told me he would call me when he looked at my MRI after I personally went to Baptist picked it up and brought it back to the office within an hour after the appointment, nearly two weeks later I haven't heard from him or anyone from the staff. I'm really disappointed, I was extremely friendly to him but it definitely was not recipricated. Like I said he wasn't rude but he made me feel like he didn't care if I came back so I'm going to go to another doctor.

I was called after my appointment to schedule an MRI with SOS, but I had requested to have it done at St. Aug. Imaging. The person said it may take a few weeks to get the order sent to SAI. I asked if they could print out the order and let me pick it up. I was told NO. I don’t think this is an acceptable practice when a test is needed to determine how to treat a patient.
