Very patient and kind. Explained things well. He put me at ease. The office called me three times, suggesting he was not the right doctor for me. So I asked him and he assured me it is fine for me to see him. There is a disconnect somewhere in the office.

Dr. Osman graduated with honors from the Faculty of Medicine of the Cairo University, Kasr El Eini Hospital, Cairo, Egypt. He then completed his internal medicine training at the Norwalk Hospital/Yale University program in Connecticut. He received extensive training in the cardiovascular medicine program at The Ochsner Medical Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana. His electrophysiology fellowship was completed at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland, where he also served as assistant lecturer at the Department of Medicine.
Dr. Osman is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular medicine, clinical cardiac electrophysiology, nuclear cardiology, and echocardiography. He is an active member and fellow in many professional societies, including the American College of Physicians (ACP) and Cardiology (ACC), Societies of Nuclear Cardiology (ASNC) and Echocardiography (ASE), Medical (AMA) and Heart Associations (AHA), Heart Rhythm Society (HRS), and European Society of Cardiology (ESC).
He has multiple peer-reviewed publications in the fields of heart failure and non-invasive risk assessment for sudden death. He is an active clinical investigator in several multicenter studies assessing optimization of pacemaker and defibrillator therapy in patients with heart failure and at risk for sudden death.
Dr. Osman specializes in cardiac ablation for curative intervention on rhythm disturbances, including atrial fibrillation and ventricular arrhythmias. He also offers all aspects of cardiac device therapies, from implantation of pacemakers and defibrillators, including “biventricular” therapies, to post-implant follow-up and optimization of programming. He has practicing privileges at most North Broward County hospitals.
