Great advice

I was disappointed with the lack of patience and empathy the doctor displayed. I felt rushed out of a consultation for a procedure I'm nervous about, without taking any time to explain what would happen. When I asked questions I felt the doctor was frustrated and gave me short responses. I'll be choosing a different provider.
