Explained everything in detail and listened to my problem.
Went to pick up prescriptions after the appointment. The prescriptions were never sent into the pharmacy.

Dr Vinas was a fantastic!
He never gave me his name, nor did he wear any name tag or badge. He tell me his level MD PA etc until half way in our visit. He shared information with us well. However, I had trouble adding comments or questions during the conversation. There were no breaks while he explained my future treatment. When I left I did feel well informed on the future steps and options.
Excellent experience. Dr. Vinas was very friendly and knowledgeable. He totally understood my issues and was very helpful.
I feel like we were heard and they met all of our needs. Staff was very knowledgeable and welcoming.
