The office staff were great. I was not feeling well after surgery and they saw me right away. However, when I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions, they were not there. My husband and the pharmacy had to call the office and ask for the prescriptions to be sent. Dr Mallick was ok. I didn’t really have any interaction with him besides a one minute exam. Dr Freilick and my surgeon, Dr. Gutman were excellent. I had never had surgery before and they made me feel more relaxed. They explained everything so I knew what was going to happen. Dr. Gutman saiid “we will have fun in the operating room”. The staff in the OR talked and laughed the entire time. An unpleasant situation for me, made a little more pleasant.

Had a 12:00 appt. and he was still not there at 12:55, had to see another dr. the staff just always seems to over book and I always have to wait for the dr to come to the office even when asking for his first appt, my time is valuable too and sitting there for an hour and the dr still not there is rude and unprofessional and this wasn't the first time this has happened!!! If you have NOON appt you should be seen by 12:20 the latest! You need to fix this problem and stop being a factory and care about the patients!!!
