Very knowledgeable. I feel very confident having him as my doctor.
Very effeciant and though manner joyful dispisition
Professional doctor but no bedside manner. Barked directions at me as if he was examining a machine and not a person. Didn’t greet me by name Very detached. Very cool to the patient. Efficient, professional but disconnected from the patient. AND 1 No one greeted me by name or said Good Morning. Totally lacked a welcoming feeling. 2. The waiting room had vending machines like a bus station. What doctors office has vending machines in the lobby? 3 Everyone dressed in depressing black outfits, none of which matched. 3 The decor is depressing with dull colors, dull brown wood paneling. No carpeting, no color. All hard surfaces. 4. All the staff were sad looking. No one smiled. No one said hello. No one looked like they liked their jobs. ROBOTS. 5. Vending machines & oversized wall mounted TV’s to placate patients for delays of over an hour. Other patients complained of their long waits times too. 6 Cramped rabbit warren of offices 7 Didn’t feel heard me when I shared impressions
Upset about not taking the patients in order, especially when you come early ffor an appointment, and someone that comes in much later is taken first.
He was polite and thorough, making my experience smooth and reassuring from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated his professionalism, patience, and attention to detail throughout the entire process.
The. Best!!!
Very thorough doctor, I would recommend him highly!
Doctor is great. I waited in the room for the eye injection for about 1.5 hours which is ridiculous
Great doctor! Wonderful staff!
