Dr. Chelouche is a New York City native who graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA from Harvard University and then attended Yale Medical College. She completed her Ob/Gyn residency at Yale New Haven Hospital and joined County Ob/Gyn in 1997. She is an attending physician at Yale New Haven Hospital and is an Assistant Professor at Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Chelouche practices both Obstetrics and Gynecology and enjoys working with endocrine disorders. She loves photography, film, and the Arts. She also has an interest in cooking and Zumba. She lives in Woodbridge with her husband, George Tellides, MD, and has three children.
