Dr. Sweeney made me feel comfortable and was so patient in answering all of my questions. Thank you for the informative session.
Excellent physician, compassionate and caring, recognized that I had an issue & scheduled the solution immediately. During the procedure, he and staff provided excellent care. Kudos!
There was no acknowledgment that having a Cornea Eye Infection had anything to do with taking the tear duct tube out the day before the situation occurred! How would he know? I live on Maui & he did not check out my eye the next day? Since then I have been in pain, taking eye drops every 1-2 hours, seeing an Opthamologist every 1-7 days, I am still unable to see out my right eye! This is major for me at 79 to be blind in one eye!
Very personable, explained the surgery, made me feel comfortable.
Dr Sweeney is very easy to talk to, made sure to ask if I had questions, and explained the procedure and options thoroughly. Left 100% satisfied.
Very good bedside manners! He cares for his patients, not just "you're doing good bye"... it's my last appointment but he still took the time to answer questions & gave good information!
Provides explanations, very professional., efficient is keeping appointments on time.
Very friendly!
So professional yet warm and caring.
He was very informative. And he explained everything so it was easy to understand. How the procedures and how the surgery was going to work. Made me feel so comfortable to have him as my surgeon.
