I’d been referred by another physician at FSO for an eval. I look for a few things when choosing a surgeon. This guy was a hard no which sucks because hes the only one trained in robot assisted surgery at FSO. I ask: Do they listen well. Do they ask the right questions. Have they taken the time to review my chart. Do they seem rushed. Are they stressing me out. I check for calm, focus, patience, thoroughness. Indicates performing well under pressure. The meeting was short. Maybe 10-15 min. I did not get the impression he had reviewed my chart before meeting. He spent more time talking than reading pertinent info on my chart or giving me adequate time to answer. I said I had been getting injections there for x years. He said, well i wouldn't know that, its my first time meeting you. My dude. Thats why the tech puts patient charts on your screen. He asked who did a prior surgery. I said i forget but its in the chart. He said “Id have to go through your whole chart to see that. Dude

I highly recommend himHe had the bedside manner. He is so kind.

The wait was very long and then when the doctor came in, I felt rushed. He spoke extremely fast and was only in the room for a short time. I was a little disappointed for waiting so long and having such little time with the doctor.

Adam was straight forward and very friendly. His assessment of my injury and recovery was encouraging. While speaking with him, he looked at my wife’s pinky finger issue and gave us a recommendation and referral.

Very empathetic when addressing my concerns. Efficient and thorough in addressing and answering my questions.
