Dr. Kramer took time to show me my x-rays, explained each thing thoroughly, and answered all my questions.
He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. Did not talk over my 17 year old daughter's head even when discussing the different medical possibilities or treatment options. Delivered challenging possible diagnosis with care and empathy but also directly. Would highly recommend!
