Dr Dann was professional, competent, and confident. He explained procedure. I wasn't rushed and he answered all my questions. We are scheduled for an anatomic left shoulder replacement.
Allot of respect for Dr Heckler and I hold him in high regard. We thank him for the recommendation.
If there is anything constructive to say, we waited nearly an hour to meet with him and he did lack some personality.
I am looking forward to working with him. 🙂
