Dr. Adam Cabalo is board-certified by the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He was born and raised on the island of Maui, Hawaii. He received his medical degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and completed his internship at the University of California, San Francisco. He continued his residency at the Oregon Health and Science University and completed his fellowship training at the Spine Care Medical Group in Daly City, California. He returned to Maui as an orthopedist and had the experience of helping a diverse patient population with varying orthopedic needs. Since then, Dr. Cabalo has returned to his passion of specialization in spine surgery and trauma. He enjoys the art and skill that goes into fixing the human body.

His personal interests include fishing (spear, kayak, and fly), free diving, surfing, game theory, guitar, ukulele, hunting, and fatherhood.

The Best.
Doctor is a condesending and does not listen. I would not trust him to treat me as he did not seem to hear that I have porphyria which is very rare and could led to death when not taken into consideration. I did not like being treated like a dumb toddler.
He is the most genuine person I’ve had the pleasure of having as an orthopedic doc. He explained all the procedures if needed and he is very up to date with my medical chart. I really enjoy our visits and his thourough exams and medical history. I’m very confident in his abilities.
