Dr. Adam Cabalo is board-certified by the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He was born and raised on the island of Maui, Hawaii. He received his medical degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and completed his internship at the University of California, San Francisco. He continued his residency at the Oregon Health and Science University and completed his fellowship training at the Spine Care Medical Group in Daly City, California. He returned to Maui as an orthopedist and had the experience of helping a diverse patient population with varying orthopedic needs. Since then, Dr. Cabalo has returned to his passion of specialization in spine surgery and trauma. He enjoys the art and skill that goes into fixing the human body.

His personal interests include fishing (spear, kayak, and fly), free diving, surfing, game theory, guitar, ukulele, hunting, and fatherhood.

Very nice man who took time to show me the MRI and explained what and where my issues are in my back. Injections will follow the discussion.
Dr. Cabalo is the one doctor in the valley whom I whole heartedly trust. He listens to me and validates my concerns. I recommend him to anyone that needs an orthopedic doctor.

Dr. Cabalo is my hero. I’ve had 3 surgeries all successful everytime. If it wasn’t for him i wouldn’t be able to handle life because of the pain. I would not be a productive human for sure without him. Thanks Doc your Amazing!!
