Dr. Adam Cabalo is board-certified by the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He was born and raised on the island of Maui, Hawaii. He received his medical degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and completed his internship at the University of California, San Francisco. He continued his residency at the Oregon Health and Science University and completed his fellowship training at the Spine Care Medical Group in Daly City, California. He returned to Maui as an orthopedist and had the experience of helping a diverse patient population with varying orthopedic needs. Since then, Dr. Cabalo has returned to his passion of specialization in spine surgery and trauma. He enjoys the art and skill that goes into fixing the human body.

His personal interests include fishing (spear, kayak, and fly), free diving, surfing, game theory, guitar, ukulele, hunting, and fatherhood.

Dr Cabalo got me in early for my first app. when I showed early. He was fast, efficient, friendy and took his time to answer anything, I liked his energy and can't wait for him to finally do my surgery.
Very professional, my interview went very well. He shared multiple options for my back needs. We had an open discussion & am moving forward with recommended treatment
