During his toxicology training, Dr. Bosak became interested in critical care and pulmonary medicine. After two years of toxicology training he went on to complete a combined pulmonary and critical care medicine fellowship at Banner University Medical Center – Phoenix, graduating in June 2017. During his fellowship, he had advanced training in fibrotic lung diseases, pulmonary hypertension and advanced lung diseases. Dr. Bosak is currently the only physician in the United States that is board certified in pulmonary medicine, critical care and medical toxicology.
Dr. Bosak’s interests and expertise involve advanced lung diseases, but he also practices general pulmonary medicine. The lung diseases that Dr. Bosak manages include, but are not limited to:

Dr. Bosak is a certified independent medical examiner by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners and has experience training in independent examinations, disability and impairment ratings (AMA 6th edition).
Dr. Bosak excels at providing first-rate medical care that is compassionate and evidence-based to provide a comprehensive overall care ideology. Born and raised in Wisconsin, Dr. Bosak has a personal and laid-back Midwestern demeanor which compliments his patient care.
