For the first time in all 19 months of my daughter’s life, she responded amazingly to a doctor. She felt completely safe and didn’t cry at all I was genuinely shocked. We’ll definitely be coming back. It’s clear we’re in great hands. He is knowledgeable, patient, and has excellent interpersonal skills. I couldn’t recommend him more.

Very nice office personal and the Dr was amazing. He really took his time with us and explained everything in detail. We highly would recommend him to our friends

This visit could have been over the phone or online. Dr Abram never examined me or touched me except to shake my hand when leaving. He remembered nothing about me. He even offered me a procedure he'd already performed on me. This was supposed to be a follow-up of that procedure. He never even checked my nose to make sure everything was ok.

We have seen him twice now and both times he walked in and didn’t even know our name. As a healthcare provider this is beyond infuriating to not even know the patients last name. It gives the impression he never even opened my daughters chart prior to walking into the room.

Went for my son’s ear pain and impacted ear wax. He’s 7. We explained it’s been 4 days of pain, went to urgent care and they sent us home because they couldn’t see the ear drum, too much wax. As the pain got worse, we came to SCENT. The doctor saw us for 7 minutes, attempted to suck the wax out with an instrument and told me to come back in a week after trying peroxide everyday to loosen the wax. I’m disappointed. My 7 year old was in pain for days and as a mother I did everything I was supposed to and I find it hard to believe that SCENT wasn’t capable of removing the wax that was in my sons ears. I paid $50 copay and whatever else towards my deductible for what?

Good with treatment plan but could have read my file and been better prepared, walking in. Staff should ensure all equipment is working before a patient will be seen/assessed.

Dr. Abram was respectful, thorough and asked me if I had any questions. He explained the plan. He let me make the decisions about my health care.
