Went for my son’s ear pain and impacted ear wax. He’s 7. We explained it’s been 4 days of pain, went to urgent care and they sent us home because they couldn’t see the ear drum, too much wax. As the pain got worse, we came to SCENT. The doctor saw us for 7 minutes, attempted to suck the wax out with an instrument and told me to come back in a week after trying peroxide everyday to loosen the wax. I’m disappointed. My 7 year old was in pain for days and as a mother I did everything I was supposed to and I find it hard to believe that SCENT wasn’t capable of removing the wax that was in my sons ears. I paid $50 copay and whatever else towards my deductible for what?

Good with treatment plan but could have read my file and been better prepared, walking in. Staff should ensure all equipment is working before a patient will be seen/assessed.

No nonsense kind of provider. Didn’t push anything on me and was truthful about what my next steps should be. Great bedside manner as well. Would highly recommend.

Nice, took time to tell me what was going on with my coughing.
