This is the third time I have been seen by him. He was supposed to do some reconstructive work as well as fix a deviated septum caused by trauma and all he did was the septum, when asked about it he played like he didn't know he was supposed to do the reconstruction. I also got a severe sinus infection Two days after the surgery and I was made to wait over a week to see him, on a prescheduled appointment that was placed before the surgery, and not only did he not remember me but he tried to tell me I didn't have an infection before he examined me. I had to push for the exam and he held fast that I didn't have an infection but finally gave me a 10 day round of Cipro. I saw him again on the 30th and he again didn't remember me and when he examined my nose he was not only dismissive of my concerns but how he used the camera in my nose hurt, which is normal with his exam, and when he was done he put the camera directly on the table so I'm unsure about his cleanliness.
He was very good explain everything to me was going on with me
Very cordial & complete in his explanations. Great attitude.
Exam was not thorough enough. My reason for the visit was brushed off as smoking related. I quite smoking over 30 years ago. The problem started years later.
Great doctor very knowledgeable and kind.
Never called my RX in to the pharmacy.
