Fabulous, i am from out of town and have a sinus infection. Dr. Reynokds asked about my symptoms, how long its been going on and of course my lhistory, She was very patient and thorough, i am very pleased with her professionalism.

It's hard to improve excellent

I have never had to wait so long as I did today almost an hour in the doctors waiting room. If someone is really sick, that is much too long they have to just sit there. I know it’s probably not the doctors fault and she was very good, but you really need to do some thing with your scheduling.

My appointment was at 2:20pm but wasn't called back until 2:45pn and when I was in the exam room I wasn't seen by her unt

Dr. Reynolds is absolutely amazing. She’s so outgoing and easy to talk to which is huge but even more than that she listens to you and really wants to get to the bottom of whatever is going on. I had been dealing with issues for MONTHS, had seen three other doctors with no answers, made an appt with her and she got to the bottom of it in two visits! I am FOREVER grateful to her, will never see anyone else.

Very knowledgeable and gave easy to understand explanation of tests to be done to determine possible reasons for pain. Also asked if I agreed with sequence of planned tests to rule out possible causes ie: UA, CT scan, lab. Discussed results before moving on to next test.

I understand the doctor has her hands tied when it comes to COVID-19 testing and the criteria but if someone has all the symptoms should be tested to either confirm case or relieve patient anxiety with negative result.
