It's hard to improve excellent

I have never had to wait so long as I did today almost an hour in the doctors waiting room. If someone is really sick, that is much too long they have to just sit there. I know it’s probably not the doctors fault and she was very good, but you really need to do some thing with your scheduling.

My appointment was at 2:20pm but wasn't called back until 2:45pn and when I was in the exam room I wasn't seen by her unt

Dr. Reynolds is absolutely amazing. She’s so outgoing and easy to talk to which is huge but even more than that she listens to you and really wants to get to the bottom of whatever is going on. I had been dealing with issues for MONTHS, had seen three other doctors with no answers, made an appt with her and she got to the bottom of it in two visits! I am FOREVER grateful to her, will never see anyone else.

I understand the doctor has her hands tied when it comes to COVID-19 testing and the criteria but if someone has all the symptoms should be tested to either confirm case or relieve patient anxiety with negative result.
