Everything went very smoothly for the installation of my loop recorder. The staff and Dr. Rivero were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend and appreciate Citrus Cardiology for heart related issues.
I had an appointment for 3:45. I arrived at 3:25. I was filling called to the back at 4:45. If I showed up an hour late for my appointment, I’m sure they would have made me reschedule.
Excellent Doctor who spends a lot of time with his patients and is very thorough and caring.

I saw John, the PA. He was patient and kind. Your upfront staff-Joy- is fabulous. Now this - My husband Dennis Fleetwood- DOB 07/28/50 - had his yearly scheduled sometime in the Fall of 2025.Your office contacted him and said they had to reschedule him. He did that and then weeks later the same call and again rescheduled. This happened a third time.He was told Rivero had procedures, etc. or out that day. 3 times is ridiculous.By the third one he was months out from the original appointment as each reschedule was not for the next week but weeks from the one they were rescheduling. He decided to use his primary. I want him to see the cardio doc but he is not happy with all the rescheduling. That is shameful on your part. Please let me know why this happened. I saw the PA so why did you not just schedule him with PA? Hopefully you will get back to me or him. We have both been patients for several years. Joanne-901/412-1579 Dennis - 901-412-3664
