This rating system should be considered invalid since the patient is asked to rate so early in the patient-doctor relationship. He appears to be a nice guy, but until I have more contact with him as a physician, I can’t give him top marks. He will have to settle for a 60% rating for now, with the knowledge that it is subject to change based on future visits.

No comment. Only saw him once. Was unable to speak with him on 9/22. Staff did not inform me that the visit would be virtual Staff failed to set up followup appointment.
