I was very satisfied with my first visit/appointment with Dr. Munir himself; but, very dissatisfied with the long wait involved in both the waiting room & examining room! I arrived for my 11:10a.m. appointment at approximately 10:50 & promptly signed in at Kiosk & paid my co-pay. I actually saw & talked with the doctor for approximately 6 minutes (as it was just an annual check-up) & did not get away from CIS until 1:30p.m! Over 2 hours from the time of my appointment! I've been well pleased with the medical care I've received from CIS since 2023 & look forward to getting to know Dr. Munir better....just would hope for shorter wait time! Thanks for the opportunity to express our frustration.🥴
