Great bed side compassion and informative about the procedure a client is receiving.

I like that he meets with each patient and explains the procedure and provides initial results after the procedure. Not sure where the issue was, but I was rescheduled to an earlier time and then waited for over an hour for my appt. Not sure what happened, but all I was told was Dr Shafii was running behind. Since the procedure required anesthesia, my spouse/driver was waiting and worried.

Dr. Shafii was very easy to talk to and gave me all the information concerning the colonoscopy procedure and what I should follow up with when I arrived home. He was pretty stern :-) :-) in telling me to cook my food, don't use canned food. I know he's right but it's hard to cook big meals for one person. But because he was Soooo nice about everything, I will do my best to heed his instructions.

The staff was very friendly and the procedure went well. The atmosphere of an assembly line was not pleasant.

I got scoped from both ends. I thought is was going to be an ordeal. It wasn't. It was a quick, easy, efficient visit and was done before I was ready. I had never heard of the place before going there but I would have no problem recommending it now.

The front desk person was not so nice. However, the doctor and nursing staff were very pleasant. I would recommend let your front desk clerk go. She’s the first impression people get when they walk through the door. I was not impressed and almost walked out and asked to be referred somewhere else.
