Aaron Smith, M.D.

Dr. Aaron Smith, M.D., grew up in the surrounding Louisville community, eventually attaining a Bachelor of Science at Western Kentucky University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. While at WKU he was a member of the Men’s Swimming and Diving team. He furthered his education at the University of Louisville Medical School. His residency took him to Memphis, Tennessee where he prospered as a student and researcher, publishing over 20 articles during his residency and giving three times as many research presentations.

As he believed in the outstanding training that this program offered, Dr. Smith did his fellowship in both cosmetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgery under the guidance of Dr. Phillip Langsdon and the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Smith trained for six years focusing only on the head, neck, and face. He has special interests in aging face surgery as well as more noninvasive techniques such as chemical peels, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers. Additionally, he is interested in skin cancer reconstruction, facial trauma reconstruction, and facial nerve reinnervation.

He offers facelift surgery, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, otoplasty, Moh’s reconstruction, facial trauma reconstruction, and noninvasive facial rejuvenation procedures near Louisville, Kentucky.

Dr. Smith lives in Louisville with his wonderful wife and 3 fantastic daughters. He likes watersports, traveling, hiking, playing music, and the Louisville restaurant scene.
