Dr. Aaron Smith, M.D., grew up in the surrounding Louisville community, eventually attaining a Bachelor of Science at Western Kentucky University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. While at WKU he was a member of the Men’s Swimming and Diving team. He furthered his education at the University of Louisville Medical School. His residency took him to Memphis, Tennessee where he prospered as a student and researcher, publishing over 20 articles during his residency and giving three times as many research presentations.
As he believed in the outstanding training that this program offered, Dr. Smith did his fellowship in both cosmetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgery under the guidance of Dr. Phillip Langsdon and the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Smith trained for six years focusing only on the head, neck, and face. He has special interests in aging face surgery as well as more noninvasive techniques such as chemical peels, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers. Additionally, he is interested in skin cancer reconstruction, facial trauma reconstruction, and facial nerve reinnervation.
He offers facelift surgery, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, otoplasty, Moh’s reconstruction, facial trauma reconstruction, and noninvasive facial rejuvenation procedures near Louisville, Kentucky.
Dr. Smith lives in Louisville with his wonderful wife and 3 fantastic daughters. He likes watersports, traveling, hiking, playing music, and the Louisville restaurant scene.

Third time there forgetting something done. On phone we explain what it is and they say that yes it will be done that day. Then nope have to come back later. Seems like all they want is more appointments to charge large co pays. More of a money grab.
Very rushed the entire appointment. Told me basically there was nothing they could do to improve my hearing, this was what I had to live with now. Thought my explanation of what happened to me was absurd. Basically said I can’t do anything for you, come back in 6 months so I can get more money out of you. Will not be back to to Advanced ENT.
He was kind and was able to give us some peace of mind about a concern. Also started us down the path of helping another problem we hadn’t started to address yet. Thank you!

Very pleasant and he listened to what I wanted. He didn’t think a biopsy was necessary at this time but still obliged my request despite it likely being simply for my own peace of mind. This is exactly what you want in a doctor. He explained the pros and cons clearly and was very professional.
Aaron was quite personable,very gentle & helped me make a decision about my treatment. I appreciated that. He wasn't rushed & answered questions before I asked. Excellent!!!
