Excellent service always and a good experience.

Very professional and they did a excellent job with the examination and consultation

Very good care, punctual on appts, and they seem to identify the problem and so far, remedied it. My only complaint would be that their web presence as far as addresses and contact information was inaccurate. In this electronic world accurate addresses & phone numbers are critical. But the level of service is definitely top-shelf.

Dr. Smith is a pleasant, exceptional, well- versed doctor in many fields as you can read in his resume. He will avoid surgery at all costs and will exhaust all means possible to prevent it. He has a beautiful office setting in the atrium which calms you before you reach his office by elevator on the second floor. His staff is exceptional! He rates a 5+ rating on his professionalism!!

Dr. Smith is an amazing physician! He has empathy and compassion for his patient. Dr. Smith always went above and beyond from the very first visit. You’re more than just a patient to Dr. smith, you’re treated like family.

He made me very uncomfortable with his demeanor and got very close when speaking to me...he asked personal sexual questions “Incase I had surgery”. He also went straight to telling me I need surgery, I got a second opinion by another neurosurgeon and they are taking a conservative route, they will make surgery a last resort as I have other options before considering neck surgery and I appreciate that as opposed to this neuro jumping straight to surgery.

I waited for over an hour and never saw Doctor Smith. He had someone else act as the middle man and tell me their next plan of action. I feel extremely uncomfortable having someone perform a surgery on me when they can't even consult me for 10 minutes.

This doctor referred to me as sweetheart and made a comment that I’m shorter than him. I’m not his sweetheart, I was a patient. It’s unprofessional behavior for a doctor, especially on a first visit.

My experience was horrible. Although the doctor was not rude he didn’t do any type of exam. The report he gave me was very inconsistent with the reports that I have gotten already. Telling me that numbness will go away with time is not an appropriate answer. I was so disappointed that I didn’t even ask all of my questions because he seemed to be in a rush. He and the nurse practitioner beat me out of the office leaving. All in all it was a horrible experience and a huge waste of my time.

two and a half hours waiting for the doctor to see me and the pain increasing since it is one of the reasons for being long sitting or in the same position and when it is finally time to see the doctor is only with very short questions that did not take a minute and a half without verification of my affected areas or knowledge of my records brought the same day wasted time just for hours work and not by profession
