Dr. Ludwig is friendly but the entire experience felt rushed — he talked fast and used a lot of medical terms I didn't understand. I'm pretty educated and have researched my condition, so the fact that I felt overwhelmed and unsure what he was talking about means someone older who hadn't researched and wasn't as aware would be totally bowled over. I also think I was in there for a grand total of 3 minutes with him, which is fine, but it felt like a waste of time to come in.
