Great experience and great surgeon!

Literally gave me 2 minutes and I felt like I was dismissed.

I’m always taken care of. I will never if I can help it go to another doctor. I’m very happy and I’m here to stay. Trust me Dr.Aaron Anderson and his complete staff are the best, they are extremely kind and very knowledgeable. I’m very happy with the care I’ve received.

I just love Dr.Anderson so much. I have so much to say but I’ll keep it short. Dr.Anderson is very personable, he’s very kind, he made me feel so comfortable and he took any fear away from me. I had to have surgery for my carpal tunnel on my wrist. Dr.Anderson came into my room and told me everything will be ok and he would take good care of me. And he definitely did, I wasn’t scared at all. Dr.Anderson is definitely MVP in my book.

He seems very knowledgeable however he is in to big of a hurry to explain anything or to answer any questions. I spoke to him about this and i was told that is practices is extremely busy and his staff wants to go home to.

From upon my entrance into the Chesterton building I was greeted with a smile. The ladies at the check-in desk were warm and personable. When called to be staged a exam room, staff was efficient and friendly. The wait in the exam room was brief as Dr A.Anderson very quickly. The review of my x-rays was educational as Dr.explained my issues.

Dr. Anderson did a surgery on my wrist a few years ago and has additionally been helping me with cubital tunnel syndrome. The outcome of the surgery has been better than I expected it would be. He and his wife are amazing. They helped me through every step of the way. I love that they don't want to pill pop; they truly want to fix the issue. I cannot recommend them more. The office is impeccable, the staff is very kind. Again, I cannot recommend them more!!

He charged in the room with assistant. Didn't greet me. His assistant was the one who greeted me. He cut me off while trying to explain to him what issues I was having. He talked to me for literally 1 minute and stormed out after I told him I didn't want to fo needle therapy because it did not work the first time. I will not be coming back. He was super unfriendly and unhelpful.

My mom said Dr Anderson was very kind and took an interest in her unlike the last doctor she seen. A good bedside manner goes a long way and I appreciate that

Dr. Aaron is an excellent hand surgeon. He has helped my osteoarthritis in my hands with fusion surgery. He is very professional and has an excellent “bedside manner”. I have never had to wait a long time to see him. I would highly recommend him.

He certainly is not the friendliest or most personable person. He did not ask about the issues that originally brought me to see him. No follow up. When I asked him to please explain the meaning of the words and phrases in one paragraph from the radiologist's report from my previous MRI, he just said, "Well it just means it is not cancerous." He seemed to either not to know what some of the words meant or could not be bothered to explain what I was obviously concerned with.

Dr Anderson is an excellent doctor and he always shows that he cares about your health and I appreciate him!!

Would only recommend that doctor slows down on explanations. Alit to take in and asked his assistant to re explain because I was embarrassed to ask him. I felt that what was an ordinary procedure to the office wasn't realized that this was intense to me. My first time with this procedure and I left hoping I made the right choice. I will return and know what to expect on follow up visit.

He was better than the first appointment but he needs to not be in such a hurry to run out of the room. Patients have questions, I literally had to stop him to get one of my answers but he took off before I could get any other ones answered.
