Never got to see Dr. Eubank, nurse practitioner and somebody else tell me they couldn't do anything with my foot.I never got any paperwork and I wish they would mail it to me.I don't even know what they're diagnosed was

Can’t get in touch w anyone for my prescription taking weeks and I need it for pain,I’m still leaving message to answering services. Katherine was his assistant. I liked her.
