Surgery went fine, but post surgical information was very poor.
Told to “stuff gauze” into the 1-1/2” long wound. Who? How? How long? Sterile?
Sorta gross to ask wife to do this nasty, slimy chore. We decided to use a Q tip.
Return visit not for 9 days. No paper instructions … nothing.
Need to provide patient with much better post op information.
