Like always Doc Bates is very professional.
Talked about up comming surgery. Questions ask and answered in a professional way.
I came to Dr Bates for a second opinion on having surgery on both knees. He gave me options that helped me understand what we needed to do to benefit me most. Thank you
Dr Bates is always polite, pleasant, very professional, he answers and explains all questions. I would refer him to my friends and family.
Dr Bates was excellent. Very thorough and professional.
The visit was very positive with Dr Bates.
Super
It was almost like I had played sports with him and I knew him my whole life within minutes. Seriously, really cool man. You shall see. I normally don’t leave reviews for anybody either but this guy is the real deal.
My shoulder replacement went well! What else can I say?!! Dr. Bates explained everything well. I’m 80yo and I just saw him again for the other shoulder. Hopefully I can get by with out surgery on this one. His staff are great too.
From the moment we arrived at Southeast Orthopedics, we felt welcomed. My daughter, a college athlete dealing with chronic knee pain, was immediately put at ease. Dr. Bates took the time to truly listen, making her feel heard and validated—something that is so important when dealing with ongoing pain. He was direct and informative, explaining everything clearly while maintaining a positive and reassuring bedside manner. His impressive credentials only added to our confidence in his care. I left our first appointment feeling hopeful and grateful, knowing my daughter is in excellent hands. I’m so glad we chose Southeast Orthopedics—they clearly care deeply about their patients, and I look forward to seeing my daughter receive the exceptional care she deserves.
