Dr. Bates is the best. Unlike other Dr's that want to go straight to surgery, he use other options 1st.

Dr. Bates was fine, my experience wasn’t. I’m not sure if I was skipped in rotation however I waited for over an hour to see Dr. bates. With my conditions, waiting in those chairs, causing me to have a spasm so by the time I got back to my appointment, I was having trouble walking and focusing on what was going on. The nurse barely even looked at me and seemed annoyed when I asked how long the appointment was gonna take because I had a follow up appointment within an hour of my delayed start. By the time Dr. Bates, I was crying in pain. I could really barely understand anything given how much pain I was in and don’t remember much of what was said and didn’t get to ask any questions. I know I was supposed to be given an app for some exercises to do at home and that did not occur. I was scheduled for a follow up visit in six weeks.
