Seemed unfriendly or in a bad mood. When last seen PA offered Injection, which I declined at the time as I was already on daily Prednisone. When I scheduled I explained to scheduler I was need corticosteroid injection. However, Dr Bates said that was not possible to day as those are done by his PA Today’s appointment was a waste of Fr Bates time and mine as well. Now coming back in a week to get injection
Muy bueno. Excelente Doctor
Dr Bates was great! Thorough in his explanation of my next step.
Very nice and professional
I was very perturbed, as I had to wait 90 minutes for my scheduled appointment. The young lady who brought me to the back made a comment as she walked out the room because she didn't understand my frustration. My plans for the day were ruined because of tardiness of staff.
Very professional and pleasant to talk with. Made the problem very simple to understand and was conservative in the treatment planned, with input from us. I would highly recommend him.
