Great, Dr
Appointment was for 1:40 but didn’t see the doctor until 3:00. Dr Bates was professional and friendly
Always professional and concerned with providing the best care.
Takes time to hear my concerns and answer questions.
Dr Bates reviewed my x-ray and prior history of my shoulder issue and came to a course of treatment that we both were satisfied with for the time being and possible steps for the future if required.
Perfect and fub
I think Dr. bates is excellent, but to be honest I'm not very happy with his staff. I originally was supposed to have my surgery which is the most painful surgery, rotary cuff repair, with dr Murphy but I felt Dr Bates was a much better surgeon. Dr Murphy staff however was 1000 times better than Dr Bates team. Dr Murphy PA thoroughly prepped me for pre and post surgery including after care and what to purchase. I even was measured for my sling and showed hands on how to use . My surgery was delayed for over a month Dr Bates team did not explain pre or post surgery prep and when asked if I needed to be measured for sling I was advised they would go by my weight and no demo was given. I was called in only hydrocodone and when I told then I was in extreme pain and sick to my stomach ( because hydro makes me sick, they only gave nausea meds both Dr's are with SE and Dr Murphy was giving OXY. After surgery no one knew how to fix the sling and the PA didnt want to help. Only fixed waist.
Dr. BATES was great very informative.
Very good
He obviously did not see me as just another patient but took what I was dealing with seriously and asked a lot of pertinent questions. It wasn't just about my shoulder but about my health issues as a whole to correctly address the current situation.
