Thanks doctor , I wish the have more doctors like him
Dr Lannotti is a very straight forward no nonsense doctor who has the patience wellcare held high. I was not pleased with our first meeting, but that was my fault. I had many difficulties with knowing where to go, what info was needed, and getting bad information from some member of scheduling staff. I honestly feel Core should do a better job with signage, staff training and think about having a patient advocate assigned to new patients.
Dr. Iannotti was very professional and made me feel very comfortable in our conversation. He took the time to explain everything and listen to my concerns.
Very pleasant, personable and knowledgeable.
Doctor was very pleasant, professional and willing to talk about what concerns me. Mostly ~ I didn't know much so he was the first person to help me out.
45 minute wait to see him.
After my visit I was much more at ease about the symptoms I was having and even though they had diminished I was still worried about why they happened at all. Dr Iannotti was very helpful at relieving my anxiety!
Dr. Iannotti was personable and friendly. There was actually very little interaction. I’m sure he’s a fine neurosurgeon - it’s just that I didn’t think I should driven across town for him to tell me in 2 minutes or less that I don’t need surgery. There was no exam, no questions, just that.
Appreciated his insight into my back issues. However, since there was no hands on or look at these X-rays, etc. the entire appointment could have been done as a television and I wouldn’t have had to drive 30 min there and 30 min back for a 10 min appointment.
The Doctor knew how much I weighed prior to my appointment. Why didn’t he just make it a telemed call! Instead I drove for over and hour to get to my appointment and wasted gas!
