Tamara is very informative and caring. I usually do not like PA’s but she is so personably you can’t help but feel confident in her care.

This is not about Tamara, this is about communication with your office. It is horrible! I spent six hours on the phone the day before my appointment. I spent two hours on the phone the day of my appointment and never once was I able to talk to anyone The day before and the day of my actual appointment. Apparently all who were or should have been involved had to hit a button on the computer to see if I got my blood work from quest diagnostics. The day of my appointment and during my appointment today was the day they got my blood results. There should be someone there whether it be myself or someone else should be able to talk to if they have questions during all your business hours. This is the third time this has happened. One of my visits I could not get a hold of anyone because I had no idea why I was going there? Dr. Riviera himself apologized for the inconvenience and I had to reschedule because I could not talk to anyone in the office the day before that appointment
Thank you!
