He told me as I was going in complications such as bleeds and stomach tears afterwards are extremely rare (1 in 130,000, since I was worried and asked). Well I was the anomaly I guess. Ended up in the ER a few days later, for some sort of perforation or stomach bleed. They then told me it would be months till he could see me for a follow up to figure out what happened. On top of all this, when I was trying to figure out what was even happening to my stomach since I’m still in pain nearly a week later, their medical assistant I called Juanita was extremely rude to me and refused to answer any questions I had.
Was very kind and informative
Professional & I would strongly recommend.
After many other doctors turned me away due to my complicated medical history, including surgeries, Dr. Patel is the first one who finally listened to me and allowed me to feel heard. Here’s to exceptional care! Not to mention his world class procedure center and office!
Doctor didn't follow up with me after the procedure. Didn't let me know what he found or didn't find. Staff was friendly outside of that.
As always, Dr. Patel was excellent.
Dr Patel has a great bedside manner and is very thorough in his work.
I’ve been with Dr. Patel for many years. He is a good doctor but his bedside manner isn’t the best, communication at last appointment was disappointing. I left even more worried about my health concern with no answers or follow up and no suggestions, recommendations, nothing.
He's so nice and professional
Dr. PATEL is the best, he really cares for the patients and compationate.
