At my last appointment with him, he never bothered to turn away from his computer or file. Asked if I had recent lab work which he had requested.I said yes, and the lab told me that they sent it to him weeks ago. He couldn't find it and said he could do nothing until he found it. After sitting in his office for over an hour before seeing him, and getting nothing I walked out. I would very much like to speak to someone from AVI, and explain more in detail.
