Anu Baweja, M.D.

I have seen Dr Baweja several times now. She is always polite but on this last visit she did not seem that interested in my issues--not the case in previous visits, perhaps just a bad day. Reception is not ideal. No one at front desk for some time. Person in front of me was waiting for some time then just left. Appears front desk staff fill in for intake as well. Gives the impression office is trying to save on staff salaries.

Dr. Baweja was personable, attentive, concerned with ensuring she understood my symptoms to best diagnose the issue, easy to talk to and ask questions, took her time to thoroughly examine me and ask me questions.

Doctor Baweja was so very kind and knowledgeable in what she was treating me for.

Dr. Baweja is a doctor who is overly confident and arrogant. She has poor communication skills with patients and is lacking in her bedside manner. Her appointments are rushed. She was very dismissive in our appointment and did not answer any of my questions or concerns. And in my attempt to follow-up via phone call to get answers, she was not helpful or provided information that would help me understand more about my results / findings. I barely squeezed one question in and she was already standing up with the door open. So many of my questions were left unasked that I had to talk to the poor receptionist to communicate them at the front right after my appointment. Then I still needed to follow up via phone call. With multiple unhelpful replies / feedback from Dr. Baweja that resulted in more back and forth. I felt bad for the receptionist. She was having to play the go-between when all of this should have been addressed in the appt if Dr. Baweja had taken the time!

She acts like she doesn't want to be bothered by the needs of her patients. Sometimes a patient has more than just a headache. She's not very friendly. She wouldn't even shake hands. She can't use hand sanitizer or wash her hands later? She just snapped her hand back and said "I don't shake hands, covid."

This woman charged me for a MRI and didn't
