It was my first time meeting Samantha today for my appointment and boy what a surprise! She went over everything to where I completely understood it and she genuinely listened to me as well and I felt heard. She has such a caring nature about her that completely put me at ease. She has such a kind demeanor about her. Very thankful for Samantha today. You never ever know what someone is going through in their life and just that extra bit of kindness and caring goes such a long way! Samantha definitely made a positive lasting impression on me!!
